By using our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditons.

2. BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS

  • All reservations are subject to availability and are only confirmed once the required non-refundable deposit is paid.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to or at the time of delivery, as specified in your invoice.

    3. DAMAGE POLICY & EQUIPMENT CARE

The Renter is responsible for all equipment from the time of delivery until pickup. In the event of damage, one of the following three protocols will apply:

  1. Damage Waiver: An optional, non-refundable fee that covers minor, accidental wear and tear. This does not cover gross negligence, theft, or damage caused by prohibited items (e.g., Silly String, face paint).

  2. Professional Repair: For repairable damage, the Renter agrees to pay the total cost invoiced by a third-party professional repair company, including logistics and shipping.

  3. Total Replacement: If the equipment is deemed unrepairable, suffers permanent aesthetic damage (stains, cuts, chemical burns), or is lost/stolen, the Renter is responsible for the full current market replacement cost of a new unit.

Refusal to agree or meet any of the above terms can and will be resolved in civil court.

4. GENERAL USAGE & SAFETY

Child Safety Policy
For the safety of all guests, children under the age of 18 must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult at all times while in the vicinity of any rented equipment or décor items provided by Treasured Moments.

Setup and Removal Policy
Treasured Moments is solely responsible for the delivery, setup, and removal of all rental items. Once our staff has installed and positioned rental items, they may not be moved, adjusted, or relocated by the client or event guests. Rental items must remain in their original placement until they are removed by a Treasured Moments representative.

Weather Policy
To protect the safety of guests and preserve the integrity of our rental inventory, Treasured Moments reserves the right to cancel or postpone outdoor rental deliveries and installations if weather conditions are deemed unsafe. This includes, but is not limited to, sustained winds of 15 mph or greater, severe weather warnings, heavy rain, lightning, or other hazardous conditions.

Prohibited Substances and Damage Policy
The following items and substances are strictly prohibited within six (6) feet of any Treasured Moments rental items, as they may cause permanent or irreparable damage: silly string, paint of any kind, food coloring, dyes, oils, grease, sprinkler systems, water balloons, water guns, and excessive exposure to water. Any damage resulting from the use or contact of these prohibited substances will result in the client being charged the full replacement cost of the affected rental item(s).

Personalization and Decorative Additions
Clients wishing to personalize rental items with accessories such as ribbons, neon signs, floral arrangements, or other decorative enhancements must notify Treasured Moments at the time of booking. There is no additional fee for approved decorative additions. Treasured Moments will make every reasonable effort to accommodate customization requests; however, we reserve the right to decline any request that may compromise the safety, stability, appearance, or integrity of our rental items.

5. LIABILITY RELEASE (GA STATE LAW)

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: By hiring Treasured Moments, the Renter hereby releases, waives, and discharges Treasured Moments, its owners, and employees from any and all liability for injury, disability, or death, or loss or damage to person or property, whether arising from the negligence of the releasees or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the State of Georgia. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any legal actions must be filed in the courts presiding over the business’s primary location.

6. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Deposit Policy
All deposits paid to Treasured Moments are non-refundable and serve as a reservation retainer to secure the event date and rental inventory. Deposits will only be refunded or credited in accordance with the policies outlined below.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event date will receive a credit equal to the deposit amount. This credit may be applied toward a future rental booking within three (3) months of the original event date.

Cancellations made within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled event date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to thirty percent (30%) of the total rental balance.

Weather Policy
Treasured Moments reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or remove rental equipment due to unsafe weather conditions, including but not limited to high winds, heavy rain, lightning, severe storms, or other hazardous conditions that may compromise the safety of guests, staff, or rental equipment.

In the event that Treasured Moments cancels services due to severe weather prior to setup and installation, the client will receive either:

  • A courtesy refund equal to fifty percent (50%) of the deposit amount; or

  • A full credit of the deposit amount to be applied toward a future booking within three (3) months.

Once rental equipment has been delivered, installed, and accepted by the client, no refunds or credits will be issued due to weather changes occurring after setup. Treasured Moments reserves the right to remove rental items prior to the agreed-upon pickup time if sudden weather conditions create a risk of damage to equipment or pose a safety concern.

No-Show and Site Accessibility Policy
The client or an authorized representative must be present at the agreed-upon delivery and setup time. If the client is unavailable, the event location is inaccessible, or the designated setup area is not prepared, Treasured Moments staff will wait for up to fifteen (15) minutes.

If the client remains unavailable or the setup cannot be completed after the waiting period, the rental order will be considered canceled. In such cases, all deposits, payments, and outstanding balances will remain due and payable, and no refunds or credits will be issued.
