• Legally ordained funeral officiant services

• Personalized funeral, memorial, or celebration of life ceremony

• Family consultation prior to the service

• Customized eulogy and memorial remarks

• Traditional, non-denominational, spiritual, and personalized ceremonies available

• Coordination with funeral homes, cemeteries, churches, or private venues

• Inclusion of scripture readings, poems, prayers, family tributes, or special memorial elements upon request

• Available for funerals, memorial services, graveside services, and celebrations of life

Pricing:

• $130 funeral officiant service fee

Travel Fee:

• $20 for locations 15–25 miles away

• $30 for locations 25–40 miles away

• $40 for locations over 40 miles away

Booking & Payment:

• A $50 non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to reserve the service date and time

• The remaining balance of $80 is due 24 hours prior to the scheduled service

Important Information:

• Families are encouraged to provide obituary information, photographs, personal stories, and special requests to assist in creating a meaningful tribute

• Ceremony details and requested readings should be finalized as soon as possible prior to the service

• Treasured Moments will make every reasonable effort to accommodate short-notice and urgent service requests, subject to availability

• Additional travel fees, extended service times, or special accommodations may be subject to additional charges

• $20 for locations 15–25 miles away

• $30 for locations 25–40 miles away

Booking & Payment:

• $100 Full Price

• A $50 non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to reserve your wedding date

• The remaining balance of $50 is due 24 hours prior to the ceremony date

Important Information:

• Couples are responsible for obtaining their marriage license in accordance with state and local laws

• Any requested changes to the ceremony script should be submitted no later than five (5) days prior to the ceremony date

• Rehearsal attendance may be available upon request and may be subject to an additional fee of $25

• Treasured Moments reserves the right to decline ceremonies that conflict with legal requirements or safety considerations

• In the event of severe weather or unforeseen emergencies, every reasonable effort will be made to reschedule services

• Customized vows, readings, rituals, and special ceremony elements are welcomed and encouraged; all notes should be submitted 48 hours after booking.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring that food products placed on the display are handled safely and appropriately

• Any damage, excessive staining, or missing components may result in additional replacement or repair fees

• Decorative additions and customization requests may be accommodated upon request and are subject to approval
