Travel Fee:
$20 for locations 15–25 miles away
$30 for locations 25–40 miles away
$40 for locations over 40 miles away
Booking & Payment:
A $20 non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your event date
The remaining balance of $50 is due 24 hours prior to the event date
Additional rental hours, if requested, will be invoiced separately

The candy cart must remain in the location where it is installed by Treasured Moments staff
The candy cart may not be moved, altered, or adjusted by clients or guests
Clients are responsible for ensuring that food products placed on the display are handled safely and appropriately
Any damage, excessive staining, or missing components may result in additional replacement or repair fees
Decorative additions and customization requests may be accommodated upon request and are subject to approval
