$30 for locations 25–40 miles away
$40 for locations over 40 miles away
Booking & Payment:
Full payment of $45 is required at the time of booking to secure your event date
Additional rental hours, if requested, will be invoiced separately

Dessert displays must remain in the location where they are installed by Treasured Moments staff
Dessert displays may not be moved, altered, or adjusted by clients or guests
Clients are responsible for ensuring that food products placed on the display are handled safely and appropriately
Any damage, excessive staining, or missing components may result in additional replacement or repair fees
Decorative additions and customization requests may be accommodated upon request and are subject to approval
